For families who are currently self-pay or may soon lose Medicaid coverage due to the recent funding cuts — we have a local and reliable solution just for you!

We’re introducing a cost-effective subscription model designed specifically for:

• Families without insurance

• Those with out-of-network insurance

• Patients who no longer qualify for Medicaid

This subscription model does require a year (12 months) of commitment.

👉 This plan is entirely optional.

You can still continue to self-pay for visits as usual.
